Giri Devanur is the CEO and founder of reAlpha Tech Corp, a real estate investment firm based in Columbus, Ohio. reAlpha aims to democratize the short-term rental market worth $1.2 Trillion and real estate asset investment around the world. Born in Chikkamagaluru, the ‘Coffee land of Karnataka,’ Giri took his previous company Ameri100 Inc. as President and CEO to Nasdaq. In a path-breaking project that began from scratch in November 2013, Giri and his team scaled $50 Million in revenue and completed the IPO on Nasdaq, all in a mere 4 years. In recognition of his efforts, Giri was awarded the 2017 E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year. As hobbies, Giri loves to read, teach, and occasionally plays golf.
