We’re Shaun and Karen Hadsall, owners and co-founders of Beyond 40, and our mission is simple – to help you achieve your best possible health so you can enjoy your best possible life.

I’m a self-proclaimed “hillbilly from Birch Run, Michigan” who’s used my humble beginnings to teach people around the world how to achieve a healthy lifestyle for the body, mind, and soul.

Karen's passion for health, fitness, and nutrition began back in high school. She excelled at basketball, volleyball and cheerleading at an early age, which first sparked her interest in exercise, nutrition, and the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

Now at the age of 60, Karen not only maintains a fantastic physique, but she also looks 10 to 15 years younger than most people her age, even after winning a battle with cancer when she was only 47 years old.

Almost losing Karen ignited our passion for helping others and became the inspiration for us to start Beyond 40.
