The Unitymix Rules We want all users to enjoy Unitymix safely and responsibly. We therefore ask you to read and comply with both the Code of Conduct and Terms Conditions. And above all, have fun!


Content Boundaries and Use of Unitymix In order to provide the Unitymix service and the ability to communicate and stay connected with others, there are some limitations on the type of content that can be published with Unitymix. These limitations comply with legal requirements and make Unitymix a better experience for all. We may need to change these rules from time to time and reserve the right to do so. Please check back here to see the latest.


Impersonation: You may not impersonate others through the Unitymix service in a manner that does or is intended to mislead, confuse, or deceive others.


Trademark: We reserve the right to restrict the use of certain user names and profile URLs on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those user names or profile URLs. Accounts using business names and/or logos to mislead others will be permanently suspended.


Privacy: You may not publish or post other people's private and confidential information, such as credit card numbers, street address or Social Security/National Identity numbers, without their express authorization and permission. Violence and Threats: You may not publish or post direct, specific threats of violence against others. Hate Speech Any content that promotes, advocates for, or condones racism, bigotry, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups based on factors like (but not limited to) race, ethnicity, religious affiliation, disability, gender, age, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity is not allowed.


Copyright: We will respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright infringement.


Our copyright procedures are set forth in the Terms of Service.Unlawful Use: You may not use our service for any unlawful purposes or in furtherance of illegal activities. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.


Pornography and Sexually Explicit Content: You may not post content that is pornographic or sexually expliciteven if it is of yourself or marked as sensitive. . Misuse of Unitymix Badges: You may not use a Verified Account badge unless it is provided by Unitymix. Accounts using these badges as part of profile photos or in a way that falsely implies affiliation with Unitymix will be suspended. Spam and Abuse Unitymix strives to protect its users from spam and abuse. Technical abuse and user abuse are not tolerated on Unitymix and may result in permanent suspension.


Prostitution and Trafficking Promoting or advocating for commercial sexual services, human trafficking or other non-consensual sexual acts is strictly prohibited and will result in your account being banned from Unitymix.


Serial Accounts: You may not create serial accounts for disruptive or abusive purposes, or with overlapping use cases. Mass account creation may result in suspension of all related accounts.


Profile URL Squatting: You may not engage in profile URL squatting. Accounts that are inactive for more than six months may also have their profile URLs removed or reclaimed without further notice. Some of the factors that we take into account when determining what conduct is considered to be profile URL squatting are: the number of profile URLs created; creating profile URLs for the purpose of preventing others from using those profile URL names; creating profile URLs for the purpose of selling those profile URLs. Invitation spam: You may not use any of the Find People (address book contact importer, Twitter contact importer, invite via email, and invite via text) or Share features to send repeat, mass invitations.


Selling accounts: You may not purchase or sell Unitymix accounts. Malware/Phishing: You may not publish or link to malicious content intended to damage or disrupt another users browser or computer, or to compromise a users privacy or login information.


Spam: You may not use the Unitymix service for the purpose of spamming anyone. Some of the factors that we take into account when determining what conduct is considered to be spamming are: Unitymix posts: If you post Unitymix Contents with the sole purpose of directing users to an external site or service, particularly if the service advertised is in the business of buying/selling account interactions (followers, Likes, etc); If you post Unitymix contents with deliberately misleading tags or channels; If you post multiple unrelated Unitymix contents to a hashtag, particularly hashtags surfaced in the Explore tab; If you post duplicate Unitymix contents over multiple accounts or multiple duplicate Unitymixs on one account; If you purchase Likes or re-Unitymixs in an attempt to increase the popularity of your content, through automated or other means; If you use serial accounts to auto re-Unitymix your content to increase its popularity. Verified Accounts When applying for a UNITYMIX Verified account, answer all questions in the application truthfully. Do not trade, sell, or transfer your UNITYMIX Verified account to any other person or entity; such actions may result in permanent revocation of your Verified status and a permanent ban of your account.


Post interactions: If a disproportionate number of users flag your content; If a disproportionate number of your comments have been deleted; If a disproportionate number of users are blocking your profile; If a disproportionate number of users are reporting your profile for spam; If you post large numbers of duplicate comments; If you post large numbers of unsolicited comments in an attempt to advertise a service or link; If you Like a large number of Unitymix contents in an attempt to attract attention to a profile; If you re-Unitymix a large number of Unitymix contents in an attempt to attract attention to a profile; If you trade Likes for re-Unitymixs with other users; If you repeatedly re-Unitymix and un-re-Unitymix in an attempt to attract attention to a profile.


Following behaviors: If you have followed a large number of users in a short time period; If you have followed and un-followed the same users in a short time period, particularly by automated means (aggressive follower churn); If you repeatedly follow and un-follow users; If you have a small number of followers compared to the amount of people you are following; Creating or purchasing accounts in order to gain followers; Using or promoting third-party sites or services that claim to get you more followers (such as follower trains, sites promising more followers fast, or any other site or service that offers to automatically add followers to your profile).


Profile Images: You may not use obscene or pornographic images in your profile photo. HELP US KEEP THE COMMUNITY SAFE If you see something that you think may violate our guidelines, report it don't be afraid to say something.


If someone posts a photo of you that you just don't like, but doesnt violate the Community Guidelines, you can always remove the photo from your profile in a single tap! Same goes for users you don't like (?) you can block users directly from their profiles!


Failure to follow these guidelines will result either in a warning or blocking from the site. Please be aware that we are not obliged to warn you before we do this. In cases of serious breaches, we will immediately block you from the site without leaving you an option to get your account back.


These guidelines are meant to keep Unitymix a fun and friendly place for all our users. If you don't agree with them, please join another site or create your own.
