Account Suspension and Recovery Policy

If you violate Unitymix’s Privacy Policy or Terms of Use  or engage in behavior deemed inappropriate on any account you own  your account may be suspended and access to Unitymix can be revoked without prior notice.

Common reasons for suspension

• Posting hateful, threatening, pornographic, obscene, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, libelous, or defamatory content.
• Sharing material that promotes or encourages criminal activity or would create civil liability.
• Harassing other users  including unwanted contact, offensive language (public or private), or inappropriate displays of nudity.
• Spamming posts or channels (for example: repeated solicitations for followers, excessive copy-pasted messages, or illegible content).

How to restore a suspended account

If your account has been suspended by the Unitymix team, you have three options:

1. Temporary suspension: If the suspension is temporary, Unitymix will send you a message with instructions on how to restore your account.
2. Contact support: If you don’t receive a message, contact our support team to learn the reason for the suspension and the steps needed to resolve it.
3. Permanent suspension: If customer support is unavailable and you have confirmation the account is permanently blocked, you may create a new account.
