Wendy is a licensed real estate professional with over 40+ years’ experience combined in the legal field and real estate sales. Having worked as a legal assistant/paralegal prior to obtaining her real estate license, preparing and organizing an exorbitant amount of legal documents has given her an edge in the contract language required in real estate.

She builds long term relationships with her clients through integrity, listening to her clients’ needs, consistent personal contact and attention to detail. She continues to stay current on market trends, technology and ever-changing home design strategies, including continuing education courses required in both states. Through hard work and many educational courses, she has obtained certification as an Accredited Buyer’s Agent, a Residential Estate Negotiation Expert, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Luxury Property Specialist and At Home with Diversity.

Wendy is licensed in both the glorious states of Illinois and Missouri, She passed her Illinois, Missouri, and Federal real estate exams on her first attempt which is an exemplary achievement. She concentrates her sales in the St. Louis and Metro East area. She has lived, worked and played in the metro area all of her life. Born in Cahokia, lived in Belleville, Freeburg, Hecker, Waterloo and on the Missouri side in South County for the last 20 years She is a member in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS®, Illinois Department of Professional Regulation, Missouri Real Estate Commission, Southwestern Illinois Board of REALTORS®, St. Louis REALTORS®, Mid America Regional Information Services, Inc. She has been awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze awards for annual top sales from the REALTOR® Association of Southwestern Illinois (n/k/a Southwestern Illinois Board of REALTORS®) She has been named top monthly sales agent numerous times with Coldwell Banker Brown Realtors and Coldwell Banker Gundaker-Realty. In 2022 she was awarded International Sterling Society Award Winner with Coldwell Banker, an award presented top 16% of international sales, and earned the top sales award in 2022 for Top Sales in her Belleville Office with Coldwell Banker Brown Realtors. As a proud member of St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital, she donates a portion of her commission from each sale. She is also a proud pet advocate, supporting many shelters in her area.
