By using UnityMix Marketplace, users acknowledge and accept responsibility for their actions, including transactions, product listings, and communications. UnityMix reserves the right to modify or enforce policies, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.

Users must maintain an active UnityMix account in good standing. Only individuals or legally registered businesses may create accounts. UnityMix may require identity verification to comply with legal and regulatory standards. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or used fraudulently.

UnityMix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements, violate policies, or engage in prohibited behavior. Users are responsible for keeping account information, including contact and payment details, accurate and up to date.

Sellers must provide complete, accurate, and transparent listings. Each listing should include product or service descriptions, images, pricing, quantity, shipping information, and any terms or conditions. Misrepresentation, omission of important information, or misleading content is prohibited.

Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders promptly and securely, whether for physical or digital goods. Digital products must include valid access links, download codes, or activation keys. Sellers must comply with applicable laws and marketplace policies, and failure to do so may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

Buyers must carefully review product or service listings before purchasing. They are responsible for providing accurate payment and shipping information, complying with seller terms, and reporting unsafe or prohibited items. Fraudulent behavior, manipulation of transactions, or submission of false information is strictly prohibited.

All payments must be processed using UnityMix-approved systems. Buyers authorize UnityMix to charge the designated payment method for purchases, shipping, taxes, and fees. Sellers are responsible for applicable listing and service fees. UnityMix may update its fee structure periodically.

Users must comply with financial, tax, and legal obligations. UnityMix is not responsible for disputes arising from third-party payment errors or unauthorized transactions.

Sellers are required to ship goods promptly and securely using the chosen shipping method. Buyers must ensure accurate shipping information. UnityMix is not liable for delays, damages, or loss during transit, but may provide dispute mediation.

For digital goods, sellers must provide secure delivery methods such as download links or activation codes. Buyers are responsible for ensuring their devices meet the technical requirements to access digital products.

Sellers must clearly communicate their return and refund policies. Buyers agree to these policies upon completing a purchase. UnityMix may assist in disputes but does not guarantee refunds or act as a guarantor for sellers.

Refunds must comply with applicable consumer protection laws. Misrepresentation or failure to honor stated return/refund policies may result in account suspension or removal.

• Adult & Sexually Oriented Products: Selling or promoting adult products is prohibited. No sexually suggestive positioning or sexual services.
• Body Parts & Fluids: Sale or promotion of human/animal body parts, blood, or fluids is forbidden.
• Alcohol: Sale or promotion is only allowed via licensed sellers following laws.
• Discrimination: Content promoting hate, harassment, or bias is prohibited.
• Gambling: Unlicensed gambling or games of chance for money are prohibited.
• Hazardous Goods & Materials: Explosives, toxic chemicals, firearms, and other unsafe goods are prohibited.
• Human Exploitation & Sexual Services: Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or prostitution are strictly forbidden.
• Other Illegal or Unsafe Activities: Any content violating law or UnityMix policy is prohibited.

Buyers and sellers should attempt to resolve disputes directly. UnityMix may mediate disputes involving policy violations. Enforcement actions may include withholding funds or account suspension. UnityMix ensures fair treatment but does not guarantee dispute outcomes.
