UnityMix provides tools for creators to share exclusive content, offer subscriptions, and interact with fans through messaging or premium engagement features. All content you post must comply with UnityMix’s policies and applicable laws. You represent and warrant that you have the rights to all content you publish and that all individuals featured are at least 18 years old and have provided their consent to be featured.

Creators may offer recurring subscriptions to fans, premium content, and special interactions for a fee. Pricing, availability, and terms of these monetization features may be set or adjusted by UnityMix. Creators may not use UnityMix primarily to promote other monetization platforms or redirect users away from UnityMix. All monetized content and interactions must be honest, accurate, and not misleading in any way.

Creators are responsible for maintaining the quality, safety, and legality of their content. Any content infringing on copyrights, privacy rights, or publicity rights may result in content removal, account suspension, or legal action. Creators are also responsible for moderating interactions and ensuring that communications with fans remain appropriate and safe.

Creators earn revenue from subscriptions, content unlocks, paid messaging, and other monetization features as defined by UnityMix. UnityMix may retain a platform fee or processing fees, which will be deducted from your gross earnings. All payouts will follow the payment schedule set by UnityMix. Delays may occur due to account verification, fraud checks, or unresolved disputes.

Payments will be processed through the payment method you provide. UnityMix reserves the right to adjust payment methods, timing, and minimum payout thresholds at its discretion. All creators must ensure that their payment information is accurate and up to date to receive payouts without delay.

Creators are responsible for paying all applicable taxes on their earnings, including income tax, self-employment tax, and any other government levies. UnityMix may require submission of tax documentation, such as forms or identification, before issuing payments. By using UnityMix as a creator, you acknowledge and accept your responsibility for reporting and remitting taxes in your jurisdiction.

UnityMix allows creators to communicate with fans through direct messaging or premium interactions. Creators must ensure that all messaging is professional, appropriate, and complies with applicable laws. Misuse of messaging features, including harassment, illegal content, or spamming, may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Creators must also respect privacy and consent of fans during interactions. Any personal information obtained through messages must be handled securely and may not be shared or sold. UnityMix monitors messaging activity to ensure compliance with platform policies and to maintain a safe environment.

Creators are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, national, and international laws relating to promotions, contests, and giveaways.

Creators must also ensure that UnityMix is not represented as the sponsor of promotions unless explicitly indicated in official UnityMix communications. Misrepresentation or violation of applicable laws may result in account restrictions or termination.

Verification may include providing government-issued identification, proof of age, bank account or payment information, and other documentation as required. Verification ensures platform safety, protects creators and fans, and helps UnityMix comply with legal and financial regulations.
