1. Platform Rules and Member Responsibilities
Every member is responsible for the content they publish, the messages they send, the promotions they make, and their interactions with others.
Use an authentic account
Provide accurate information. Do not impersonate another person or organization or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority.
Publish with purpose
Share original work, useful discussions, professional insights, and legitimate opportunities relevant to the audience.
Respect other members
Do not harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, or deliberately disrupt other members. Respect privacy and intellectual property.
Promote honestly
Do not fabricate engagement, mislead audiences, or use repeated unsolicited promotions to manipulate trust or drive traffic.
Spam, links, and self-promotion
Sharing a legitimate website, portfolio, product, or business opportunity is not automatically prohibited. Relevance, accuracy, frequency, and context matter.
- Do not repeatedly post substantially identical comments, messages, content, or links.
- Do not use comments or messages primarily to distribute unsolicited links.
- Do not use fake engagement or additional accounts to evade restrictions.
- Do not use UnityMix primarily as a backlink source or mass-commenting service.
UnityMix is a professional, adult-focused network. Members must meet the applicable age requirements, and all content remains subject to the platform's content rules. Adult eligibility does not mean every type of adult content is permitted.
2. Age, Identity, and Account Verification
UnityMix is intended for people aged 18 and older. Members must meet the applicable eligibility requirements and provide accurate information.
UnityMix uses browser-based verification. Verification may be required before publishing or accessing certain creator features, including monetization. Verification does not automatically guarantee approval for every feature or payment program.
- Provide accurate information during verification.
- Do not misrepresent your age or identity.
- Do not submit another person's information to obtain account access.
- Do not attempt to bypass verification or eligibility restrictions.
- Contact Support if verification fails or you need help with the process.
Verification data and privacy
Verification-related information is handled in both browser and server-side contexts, according to the implementation information currently supplied. The exact data fields, transmission paths, service providers, access permissions, and retention periods require a separate implementation review.
Browser-based verification does not, by itself, establish that information is never transmitted or stored. Consult the applicable Privacy Policy for the actual data handling practices.
3. Account Types and Publishing Access
UnityMix supports different account roles. Your assigned permissions, verification status, and eligibility determine which features are available.
Fans
Fans can participate in permitted community activities and support creators through available features. A Fan account does not automatically grant creator publishing or monetization privileges.
Creators
Creators may use publishing and monetization features available to their accounts. Required verification and eligibility conditions apply to restricted features.
Brands and businesses
Business accounts may use permitted business and promotional features. Business status does not automatically qualify an account for creator earnings.
Agencies and professional roles
Agencies, professionals, artists, musicians, coaches, communities, and nonprofits must follow their assigned permissions and applicable platform rules.
The live service's configured permissions determine actual access. This summary does not override account-level restrictions.
4. Creator Monetization and Payments
UnityMix provides creator-oriented earning features where enabled and available to eligible accounts. Account registration or verification alone does not guarantee monetization approval or a particular level of earnings.
Creator responsibilities
- Meet applicable account, verification, and monetization eligibility requirements.
- Provide accurate payment and tax information when required.
- Describe paid content, offers, and benefits accurately.
- Do not use monetization features for fraud, prohibited transactions, or unauthorized payment activity.
- Review the terms presented for each earning feature before accepting payments.
Payment processing
Stripe is used for creator payment processing. Stripe's role in each transaction depends on the configured payment flow. Specific claims about fees, payout timing, refunds, disputes, and account responsibilities should match the actual payment configuration and applicable terms.
Taxes and records
Creators should maintain accurate records and review tax obligations that apply to their circumstances. UnityMix's own reporting, collection, and filing responsibilities depend on applicable law and the actual payment structure.
Do not assume a particular payout date, tax form, earnings threshold, or fee applies to every account. Refer to the terms and information for the relevant feature.
5. Privacy and Personal Information
UnityMix may process information needed to operate accounts, provide requested features, support verification, process payments, prevent misuse, and respond to member requests.
The Privacy Policy should explain the information collected, the purposes of processing, relevant service providers, retention practices, disclosures, and applicable privacy rights.
Member responsibilities
- Keep account credentials private and use appropriate account protections.
- Do not access another person's account or information without authorization.
- Avoid unnecessarily publishing sensitive personal information about yourself or others.
- Report suspected account misuse or inappropriate disclosure through available Support channels.
Requests involving access, correction, deletion, account closure, or other privacy rights will be handled under the applicable Privacy Policy and legal requirements. The outcome may depend on the request, the information involved, and applicable retention obligations.
Do not interpret this summary as a guarantee that particular data is encrypted, never shared, stored in a particular location, or deleted on a particular schedule. Those claims require verified supporting evidence.
6. Security and Incident Reporting
Members should report suspected account compromise, unauthorized access, suspicious payment activity, exposed personal information, or other potential security incidents through an available UnityMix Support channel.
- Explain what happened and when you noticed it.
- Include relevant account or content URLs where appropriate.
- Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or unnecessary identity documents in ordinary support messages.
- Do not attempt to access or test another person's account or data without authorization.
UnityMix should assess reports according to the circumstances and its actual operational procedures. This page does not claim a particular security certification, incident-response timeframe, or technical safeguard unless separately verified.
7. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Members must have the rights, permission, or other lawful basis necessary to upload and distribute the content they share. This includes photographs, videos, music, artwork, writing, trademarks, and other protected material.
Reporting a copyright concern
Contact UnityMix Support with enough information to identify the material and understand the concern. Include, where applicable:
- Your name and a reliable contact method.
- A description of the protected work.
- The URL or identifying information for the material being reported.
- An explanation of your rights or authority to submit the report.
- Other information reasonably needed to assess the complaint.
Do not submit false or knowingly misleading infringement complaints. Additional information may be required before a report can be evaluated.
8. Reporting, Moderation, and Enforcement
Report spam, impersonation, harassment, suspicious activity, unauthorized content, or other potential violations through UnityMix Support. Provide the relevant account or content URL, the date, and a clear explanation.
Possible actions
Depending on the issue, available evidence, applicable terms, and actual platform capabilities, UnityMix may review a report and take appropriate action. Possible measures include content removal, feature restrictions, publishing restrictions, monetization suspension, or account suspension where permitted by the applicable rules.
These are possible measures, not a promise that every action is available or will be applied in every case. Reports may require further review, and UnityMix may be unable to disclose details about another member's account.
Requesting a review
If you disagree with an account or content decision, contact Support with the relevant details and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. Any formal appeal process or deadline must follow the procedures actually provided by UnityMix.
9. Advertising, Sponsorships, and Promotions
Brands, businesses, creators, and other eligible members may promote legitimate products, services, projects, and opportunities through permitted platform features.
- Describe products and offers honestly.
- Do not fabricate reviews, endorsements, testimonials, engagement, or results.
- Disclose paid endorsements, sponsorships, and material relationships when required.
- Do not misrepresent advertising as an independent recommendation where doing so would be misleading.
- Follow applicable law and UnityMix's rules for the promotion involved.
UnityMix aims to allow brands and creators to communicate in their own voice while respecting members, applicable disclosure requirements, and platform standards.
10. Account Access and Member Requests
Contact UnityMix Support for help with account access, verification, publishing permissions, monetization, or other platform-related concerns.
Requests involving access to personal information, correction, deletion, account closure, or other privacy rights will be handled under the applicable Privacy Policy and legal requirements.
Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, verification documents, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary support messages unless UnityMix provides an appropriate, specifically designated method.
11. Compliance Governance and Accountability
UnityMix's public policies should reflect its actual services, operating procedures, technical controls, and legal obligations. Publishing a policy does not by itself establish that a corresponding control has been implemented.
Compliance reviews should assess:
- Whether policy statements match live account, verification, publishing, and payment behavior.
- Whether privacy disclosures match the data actually collected, accessed, transmitted, retained, and deleted.
- Whether reports, complaints, and security incidents are handled through documented procedures.
- Whether payment, tax, copyright, and other legal obligations have been assessed for the actual business model.
- Whether policy changes are reviewed, approved, dated, and retained.
UnityMix does not represent through this page that it has completed an independent audit, obtained a specific certification, or satisfied every applicable legal obligation.
12. Applicable Policies and Legal Information
This page summarizes important UnityMix platform standards. It does not replace the applicable Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, content rules, payment terms, or other binding agreements.
Members should review the applicable agreements when creating an account, using restricted features, publishing paid content, or entering commercial transactions.
UnityMix's stated operating region is the United States. Applicable legal requirements may depend on the member, activity, transaction, and relevant jurisdiction. This page is informational and is not individual legal, tax, or financial advice.
