Eligibility Requirements

UnityMix verification is intended to help distinguish accounts that have completed the relevant review process. Eligibility depends on the type of account, the information submitted, the verification checks applicable to that account, and compliance with UnityMix policies.

Applicants may be required to meet the following conditions:

• Maintain an account with accurate, current, and complete information.
• Provide information reasonably necessary to establish the account's identity, ownership, or representation.
• Comply with the UnityMix Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable platform policies.
• Respond to reasonable requests for additional information during the review process.
• Use the account for legitimate personal, creator, professional, or business purposes.
• Meet any additional requirements applicable to the specific verification category.

Submitting an application does not create an entitlement to verification. UnityMix may decline an application when requirements have not been met or when the available information is insufficient to complete the review.

How Verification Works

UnityMix reviews applications using the information and checks applicable to the account and verification category. The process may include the following activities:

• Application submission: The applicant submits the required information through the available UnityMix verification process.
• Information review: UnityMix reviews the application for completeness, consistency, and compliance with the applicable requirements.
• Additional checks: Where necessary, UnityMix may request supporting information or use an appropriate third-party verification provider.
• Decision: UnityMix determines whether the application meets the applicable verification requirements.
• Status notification: The applicant may receive a notification concerning approval, rejection, or a request for additional information.

Processing times may vary depending on application volume, the type of verification requested, the completeness of the submission, and whether additional checks are necessary. UnityMix does not guarantee a particular decision or processing time.

Verification Types

Verification requirements may differ based on the purpose of the account and the claims being reviewed. Depending on the applicable program, verification may involve:

• Identity verification: Reviewing information to help establish that an individual is who they claim to be.
• Age verification: Checking whether an individual meets an applicable age requirement, including through a designated verification provider when required.
• Creator or professional verification: Reviewing information relevant to a creator's, professional's, or public-facing account identity.
• Business verification: Reviewing information relevant to a business, organization, or authorized representative.
• Account ownership verification: Confirming that an applicant has appropriate control of, or authority to represent, the account.

Not every verification category is available to every account. UnityMix may request different evidence depending on the category and the checks needed to complete the review.

Privacy and Verification Information

UnityMix seeks to handle verification information responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and its Privacy Policy. Applicants should provide only information requested through an authorized verification process.

Depending on the verification method, information may be processed by UnityMix or an authorized third-party provider to assess eligibility, verify identity or age, prevent fraud, protect platform integrity, or meet applicable legal obligations.

• Do not post identity documents, private identification numbers, or sensitive verification details publicly.
• Submit requested information only through the designated, authorized verification channel.
• Review the relevant privacy notices before submitting information to a third-party provider.
• Verification information may be retained for the period reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, subject to applicable law and relevant retention policies.

Approval and Verification Status

Verification is granted at UnityMix's discretion when the applicable requirements have been satisfied. Approval applies to the account and verification category reviewed; it does not automatically verify other accounts, affiliated businesses, or individuals.

A verified badge may be displayed on eligible account surfaces while verification remains active. UnityMix may review an account again when information changes, concerns arise, or additional checks are reasonably necessary.

Applicants are responsible for keeping relevant account information accurate and notifying UnityMix when a material change affects the basis for their verification.

Anti-Abuse and Platform Integrity

UnityMix may use reasonable review procedures and safeguards to protect the verification program against impersonation, fraud, misleading representations, and other forms of abuse.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Submitting forged, altered, misleading, or unauthorized documentation.
• Impersonating another person, business, organization, or public figure.
• Attempting to bypass verification requirements or manipulate the review process.
• Claiming to be verified when no valid verification has been granted.
• Using another person's information without proper authorization.
• Offering, selling, transferring, or promising access to a verified badge without UnityMix authorization.

UnityMix may investigate suspected abuse and take appropriate action under its Terms of Service and other applicable policies.

Account Responsibilities

Verified members must continue to comply with the rules that apply to all UnityMix members. Verification does not provide an exemption from moderation, reporting procedures, account restrictions, or legal obligations.

Verified members are expected to:

• Maintain accurate account and business information, where applicable.
• Protect account credentials and prevent unauthorized access.
• Use the verified status truthfully and only in relation to the account for which it was granted.
• Follow UnityMix's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable policies.
• Cooperate with reasonable verification reviews and requests for updated information.
• Avoid misleading users about the meaning or scope of their verified status.

Misuse of Verification

UnityMix may reject, suspend, revoke, or otherwise restrict verification when there is a reasonable basis to believe that an account no longer meets the applicable requirements or that verification has been obtained or used improperly.

Examples of conduct that may result in action include:

• Providing false or materially misleading application information.
• Using the badge to imply an endorsement or guarantee that UnityMix has not provided.
• Engaging in impersonation, fraud, or other prohibited conduct.
• Allowing account information relevant to verification to become materially inaccurate.
• Violating UnityMix policies or applicable law.
• Refusing to complete a required review when continued verification depends on that review.

Depending on the circumstances, UnityMix may also apply account-level measures permitted by its policies. Any action will be handled under the applicable platform procedures and legal requirements.

Verification Disclaimer

A verified badge is a limited indicator that the applicable verification checks have been completed. It is not a guarantee of a member's character, qualifications, professional competence, financial standing, business performance, future behavior, or trustworthiness.

Verification does not mean that UnityMix sponsors, recommends, certifies, or endorses the verified member's products, services, statements, or activities unless UnityMix expressly states otherwise.

Members should make their own informed decisions when interacting with other users, engaging in business transactions, purchasing services, or relying on information published on the platform.

Verification Decisions and Reviews

If an application is declined, the applicant may contact UnityMix Support to ask whether additional information or a review is available. Any reconsideration is subject to the applicable procedures and the information available to UnityMix.

Requests for review should be respectful, relevant, and supported by accurate information. Repeated submissions that do not address the reason for a decision may not change the outcome.

UnityMix may periodically review verification status to help ensure that the original basis for approval remains valid. A review does not necessarily mean that a member has violated a policy.

Updates to These Terms

UnityMix may update these terms to reflect changes to the verification program, platform features, security practices, or applicable legal requirements.

The updated version will display its effective date. Where required by applicable law, UnityMix will provide notice of material changes or obtain any necessary consent.

Continued participation in the verification program after updated terms become effective is subject to the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
