Unitymix Terms of Use

Definitions

• "Unitymix" refers to Unitymix, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, and all associated services and platforms.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using Unitymix.
• "User Content" refers to any content submitted, uploaded, posted, or otherwise provided by Users on Unitymix.
• "Services" includes the Unitymix platform, website, mobile applications, APIs, and any related products, features, or content.

Eligibility & Age

Users must meet the legal minimum age in their jurisdiction to access Unitymix. Individuals under 18 may browse content but may not post, upload, or monetize. Content creators must be at least 18 years old. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent. Accounts providing false or misleading age information may be suspended or permanently removed.

Account Obligations

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Be fully responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify Unitymix immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Not share accounts or use accounts of others without authorization.
• Keep your account details safe: Do not disclose your password, two-factor authentication codes, or other sensitive login information. You are responsible for all actions performed under your account.

User Representations & Warranties

• You have the legal right to enter into this agreement.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Your User Content is original or properly licensed.
• You will not infringe on third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• You will not use Unitymix for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes.

User Generated Content Terms & Conditions

Users grant Unitymix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display User Content for operational, promotional, and marketing purposes. Users retain ownership of their content.

By submitting content, users represent and warrant that they own or have appropriate rights to the content and that it does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

Submitting Content & Copyrights

Users are responsible for ensuring that content submitted does not violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws. Inappropriate or infringing content may be removed at Unitymix’s discretion. Users may be subject to account suspension, termination, or legal action for violations.

Prohibited Content & Intellectual Property

• Illegal, fraudulent, or infringing material.
• Malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content.
• Explicit or adult content outside age-restricted areas.

Unitymix may remove, block, or restrict content at its discretion to comply with laws, protect the platform, or maintain community standards.

Creator Monetization & Payment Terms

Creators must provide accurate payment information for revenue received from subscriptions, tips, or other features. Unitymix may use third-party payment providers such as PayPal . Unitymix may withhold payments in case of policy violations, fraud, or suspected illegal activity. All payouts are subject to applicable tax laws and reporting requirements.

Promotions

Any contests, giveaways, or promotions hosted by Unitymix or users must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Unitymix reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time. Users participating in promotions must provide accurate information and follow promotion rules.

User Conduct

Users agree to act responsibly and respectfully when using Unitymix. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users.
• Impersonation or deceptive practices.
• Disruption or interference with Services.
• Using Unitymix for illegal purposes.

Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unitymix, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• User conduct violating these Terms
• Violation of laws or third-party rights
• Use of the Services in an unauthorized or prohibited manner

Termination

Unitymix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms, illegal conduct, or harmful behavior. Termination does not limit Unitymix’s right to pursue legal remedies.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Unitymix is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Users agree to indemnify Unitymix for claims arising from their actions or content violations.

Arbitration & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules, except for small claims. Users waive the right to participate in class actions.

Miscellaneous Provisions

• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, remaining terms remain in effect.
• Force Majeure: Unitymix is not liable for delays or failures due to uncontrollable events.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce a term does not constitute waiver.
• Assignment: Users may not assign rights or obligations without consent.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Unitymix.
• Electronic Communications: Notices delivered electronically satisfy legal requirements.
