UnityMix Terms of Use

1. Definitions

• “UnityMix,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means UnityMix, Inc. and the UnityMix services, websites, applications, systems, and authorized service providers that operate or support the Services.
• “User,” “you,” or “your” means a person or entity that accesses or uses UnityMix.
• “Creator” means a User who creates, publishes, streams, sells, distributes, or monetizes permitted content, products, services, or experiences through UnityMix.
• “Crush” means UnityMix's dating and member-discovery feature, which may allow eligible Users to create or view dating profiles and express interest in other Users, subject to feature availability, account settings, these Terms, and applicable policies.
• “User Content” means text, photographs, images, videos, audio, livestreams, messages, comments, files, profiles, posts, or other material submitted, uploaded, transmitted, streamed, or otherwise made available through UnityMix.
• “Services” means the UnityMix website, applications, platform, creator tools, messaging, subscriptions, marketplace, livestreaming, audio and video communication, monetization systems, and related services.
• “Paid Content” means content, messages, media, subscriptions, services, communications, or other material made available in exchange for payment.
• “Subscription” means a recurring or fixed-term paid membership, Creator subscription, or similar paid access arrangement.
• “AgeVerif” means the third-party age-assurance service available at ageverif.com, which UnityMix may use to help establish whether a user meets the platform's minimum-age requirement. AgeVerif may offer different verification methods depending on availability, location, and its own terms.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use are a legally binding agreement between you and UnityMix, Inc. concerning your access to and use of the Services.

By creating an account, accessing the Services, browsing permitted areas, posting content, communicating with other Users, purchasing a Subscription, becoming a Creator, using monetization features, or otherwise using UnityMix, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use UnityMix.

3. Eligibility & Minimum Age

UnityMix is an 18+ platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, or satisfy any higher applicable age requirement imposed by the law governing your access to the Services.

Anyone who does not satisfy the applicable minimum-age requirement is prohibited from accessing or using UnityMix.

This restriction applies to all use of the Services, including:

• Creating an account.
• Browsing or accessing UnityMix content.
• Viewing public or private profiles.
• Communicating with Users or Creators.
• Purchasing Subscriptions or Paid Content.
• Participating in livestreams.
• Using messaging, calls, or other communication features.
• Using marketplace or monetization features.
• Creating or operating a Creator account.

4. Age Representation & Truthful Information

You agree that the age, date-of-birth, identity, and account information you provide to UnityMix is accurate, truthful, current, and not misleading.

You must not falsely state that you are 18 or older. You must not alter, manipulate, conceal, or falsify information to get around UnityMix's age or security requirements.

You must not use another person's account, identity, verification information, identification documents, or credentials to bypass an eligibility restriction.

4A. Crush Dating Feature

Crush is UnityMix's dating feature, designed to help eligible adult Users discover and express interest in other members. Crush is part of UnityMix and is subject to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any additional notices or rules shown within the feature.

Eligibility and Profiles

• Crush is intended only for Users who meet UnityMix's 18+ requirement and any additional eligibility conditions displayed for the feature.
• You must provide truthful information and may not impersonate another person, create a misleading dating profile, or use another person's photographs or personal information without permission.
• UnityMix may limit or disable access to Crush based on account status, verification requirements, safety concerns, feature availability, or suspected violations of these Terms.

Respect, Consent, and Safety

• Respect other Users' boundaries and decisions. Interest, a match, or a reply does not constitute consent to further communication, a meeting, sexual activity, or any other conduct.
• Do not harass, threaten, stalk, pressure, defraud, extort, or repeatedly contact a User who has declined contact or blocked you.
• Do not use Crush to solicit or facilitate illegal activity, scams, spam, trafficking, exploitation, or prohibited commercial activity.
• Do not share another person's private information, images, messages, or identifying details without authorization or a lawful basis.
• Report suspected fraud, harassment, impersonation, underage access, or other safety concerns using UnityMix's available reporting tools.

Personal Responsibility and Limitations

You are responsible for your interactions and for deciding whether to communicate with or meet another User. Use caution when sharing personal details or arranging an in-person meeting, consider meeting in a public place, and tell someone you trust about your plans.

Crush does not guarantee that profiles, statements, photographs, intentions, compatibility, or other information provided by Users are accurate. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written notice, access to Crush does not mean UnityMix has conducted a criminal background check or independently confirmed every User's identity, relationship status, intentions, or personal history.

UnityMix may review reports, remove profiles or content, restrict matching or messaging, suspend access, or take other reasonable action to enforce these Terms and protect Users. Crush availability and functionality may change, and UnityMix does not guarantee matches, replies, relationships, or any particular outcome.

5. Age Assurance & Verification

UnityMix is an 18+ platform and may use third-party age-assurance technology to help determine whether a person meets the platform's minimum-age requirement.

Where enabled, UnityMix may use AgeVerif, a third-party age-verification service, to provide or facilitate an age check. AgeVerif describes a range of methods that may vary by location and availability, including age estimation and other age-verification methods.

The method offered, information processed, and result returned may depend on the verification method selected and the applicable provider's terms and privacy disclosures. Age checks are intended to support access controls; they do not guarantee that every underage person or false declaration will be detected.

UnityMix may request additional age or identity verification when reasonably necessary to protect Users, Creators, UnityMix, payment systems, or to satisfy applicable legal requirements.

6. Third-Party Age Verification Through AgeVerif

Purpose

The purpose of using AgeVerif is to help UnityMix apply its adults-only access rules and reduce underage access.

Third-Party Processing

AgeVerif and any verification partner involved may process information according to the method selected and their respective privacy disclosures. UnityMix does not make a blanket promise that every method uses the same data, processing location, retention period, or verification technique.

Before completing an age check, users should review the notices and terms presented by AgeVerif and any other verification provider involved. More information is available in the AgeVerif Privacy Policy and AgeVerif Terms of Use.

Results and Limitations

UnityMix may receive or rely on an age-verification status, age attestation, token, or other result necessary to operate the age gate, depending on the integration. A verification result is not a guarantee of a person's identity or exact date of birth, and no verification method can guarantee that every attempt to misrepresent age will be detected.

7. Account Registration & Security

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating and maintaining your account.

• Maintain accurate account information.
• Protect your password and authentication credentials.
• Keep account recovery information secure.
• Use reasonable security precautions.
• Notify UnityMix if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Do not sell, rent, transfer, or share your account.

8. Creator Accounts & Monetization

Eligible Users may use UnityMix Creator tools to publish permitted content, communicate with supporters, offer Subscriptions, provide Paid Content, livestream, and participate in approved monetization programs.

Creators are responsible for their content, representations, transactions, services, promotions, and compliance with applicable laws and UnityMix policies.

Access to monetization features may depend on eligibility, verification, account status, payment requirements, applicable policies, and other requirements established by UnityMix.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of content that you lawfully own.

By submitting User Content to UnityMix, you grant UnityMix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, distribute, transmit, adapt, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, promote, and provide the Services, subject to applicable law and the UnityMix Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all rights, permissions, licenses, and consents necessary to submit and use your content through UnityMix.

10. Content Safety, Nudity Protection & Moderation

UnityMix may use automated technology, machine-assisted systems, human moderators, or a combination of these methods to identify and address content that violates UnityMix policies or applicable law.

UnityMix may analyze uploaded photographs, images, videos, or other content for prohibited material, including certain forms of nudity or sexually explicit material that violate UnityMix's content rules.

11. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You may not use UnityMix to engage in, promote, facilitate, or distribute:

• Sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.
• Child sexual abuse material or equivalent illegal material.
• Grooming or sexual solicitation of minors.
• Illegal or fraudulent activity.
• Threats, stalking, harassment, or targeted abuse.
• Hate-based threats or unlawful discriminatory conduct.
• Malware, phishing, malicious code, or harmful software.
• Impersonation intended to deceive or cause harm.
• Spam and automated abuse.
• Unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Attempts to bypass platform security.
• Manipulation of age-verification, age-assurance, verification, moderation, or fraud systems.
• Fraudulent payment activity.
• Chargeback abuse.
• Content that violates applicable law.

12. Child Safety & Protection of Minors

UnityMix is an 18+ platform and does not permit individuals who do not meet the applicable minimum age to use the Services.

UnityMix maintains a strict prohibition against child sexual exploitation and abuse.

Users must never use UnityMix to sexually solicit, groom, exploit, threaten, or facilitate the sexual exploitation of a minor.

If UnityMix receives credible information that an account may belong to an underage individual, UnityMix may take protective action, including restricting, suspending, or terminating the account, removing content, investigating the matter, and taking other action permitted or required by law.

13. Children's Privacy & COPPA

UnityMix is an 18+ platform and is not designed or intended for children.

UnityMix does not knowingly invite children under 13 to create accounts or use the Services.

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, commonly known as COPPA, establishes requirements that may apply to certain websites and online services that collect personal information from children under 13.

UnityMix's 18+ access model is intended to prevent children from using the Services. However, no age declaration or verification process can guarantee that every person will accurately represent their age.

If UnityMix obtains actual knowledge that an account belongs to a child under 13, UnityMix may take appropriate action consistent with applicable law, including restricting or terminating the account and addressing applicable personal information as required by law.

Nothing in these Terms represents that UnityMix can guarantee detection of every false age declaration or prevent every attempted underage access.

14. Safety Reporting

Users should promptly report suspected underage accounts, child exploitation, prohibited content, harassment, fraud, security abuse, or other serious violations through UnityMix's available reporting mechanisms.

Reports should include enough information for UnityMix to identify the relevant account, content, or activity.

Users should not personally investigate, threaten, expose, confront, or otherwise engage a suspected minor.

UnityMix may investigate reports and take appropriate action based on the information reasonably available to it.

15. Content Moderation & Safety Enforcement

UnityMix may review, moderate, restrict, remove, disable, demonetize, or otherwise take action concerning content or accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or UnityMix policies.

Depending on the circumstances, enforcement may include:

• Content removal.
• Content restriction.
• Warnings.
• Feature restrictions.
• Age or identity verification requests.
• Temporary suspension.
• Demonetization.
• Payout holds or review.
• Permanent account termination.
• Prevention of replacement accounts.

UnityMix may take immediate action without prior notice when reasonably necessary to protect Users, Creators, UnityMix, third parties, payment systems, or to comply with applicable law.

16. Age Verification, Security & Personal Information

UnityMix may process information associated with account security, fraud prevention, age assurance, age verification, identity verification, content moderation, and platform safety as described in the applicable UnityMix Privacy Policy.

Where UnityMix uses AgeVerif, the information processed and the result made available to UnityMix may depend on the method selected, the integration, and any verification partners involved. AgeVerif publishes its own Privacy Policy and information about its Terms of Use.

UnityMix encourages users to review the relevant provider notices before proceeding. Do not assume that all methods collect, process, or retain the same categories of information. UnityMix's own collection and use of information remains subject to the UnityMix Privacy Policy and applicable law.

17. Third-Party Services

UnityMix may use third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, security, AgeVerif age verification and other age or identity verification, content moderation, analytics, communications, fraud prevention, authentication, and other platform functions.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those services may also be subject to those terms.

18. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

UnityMix may offer recurring or fixed-term Subscriptions that provide access to Creator content, features, services, or other benefits.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, recurring Subscriptions may automatically renew until canceled.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewals but does not necessarily create a refund for amounts already charged or unused portions of a billing period, except where required by applicable law or expressly provided by UnityMix.

19. Paid Content, Messaging, Calls & Services

UnityMix may allow eligible Creators to offer Paid Content, paid messages, paid chats, audio calls, video calls, Subscriptions, livestream access, and other paid services.

Access may depend on successful payment, Subscription status, Creator availability, applicable eligibility requirements, and compliance with these Terms.

Creators are responsible for accurately describing their paid offerings and providing the applicable permitted content or service.

UnityMix may restrict, suspend, or remove monetization functionality when fraud, abuse, disputes, policy violations, security concerns, or legal risks are identified.

20. Creator Earnings & Payouts

Eligible Creators may receive earnings from qualifying transactions subject to applicable payout terms, fees, thresholds, schedules, account requirements, and payment-provider requirements.

UnityMix may deduct platform fees, payment processing charges, refunds, chargebacks, reversals, taxes or tax-related amounts, disputes, and other amounts permitted by applicable agreements or law.

Creators are responsible for their own tax and reporting obligations.

UnityMix may delay, hold, reverse, adjust, or withhold payouts when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, chargebacks, disputes, policy violations, unlawful activity, or suspicious transactions.

21. Refunds, Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Refund eligibility depends on the applicable purchase, Subscription, service, transaction, refund policy, and applicable law.

Certain transactions may be non-refundable except where required by law or expressly provided by UnityMix.

Users should contact UnityMix Support before initiating a payment dispute when appropriate so UnityMix has an opportunity to review the matter.

Fraudulent chargebacks, payment abuse, unauthorized transactions, or attempts to obtain Services without valid payment may result in account restriction, suspension, termination, or recovery of amounts owed to the extent permitted by law.

22. Marketplace Transactions

UnityMix may provide marketplace functionality that allows eligible Users, Creators, businesses, or sellers to offer permitted products or services.

Sellers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, pricing, quality, fulfillment, taxes, delivery, and applicable customer obligations associated with their offerings.

Users should review applicable seller, product, service, pricing, shipping, refund, and cancellation information before purchasing.

UnityMix may remove listings or restrict marketplace access when listings, sellers, transactions, products, or services violate these Terms, applicable law, or marketplace requirements.

23. Promotions, Giveaways & Referral Programs

Promotions, contests, giveaways, referral programs, and similar activities may be subject to additional terms and eligibility requirements.

All promotional activities must comply with applicable law and any additional rules provided for the applicable promotion.

24. Intellectual Property

UnityMix's names, trademarks, logos, designs, interfaces, software, features, databases, technology, and other proprietary materials are owned by UnityMix, Inc. or applicable licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit UnityMix's proprietary materials without authorization.

25. Copyright & DMCA

UnityMix respects intellectual property rights and expects Users to do the same.

Copyright owners may submit infringement notices containing the information required under applicable law.

UnityMix may remove or restrict content that is reasonably believed to infringe applicable intellectual property rights.

26. User Conduct

You agree not to use UnityMix to:

• Harass, stalk, threaten, or abuse another person.
• Impersonate another person with the intent to deceive.
• Engage in illegal activity.
• Access accounts or systems without authorization.
• Exploit or interfere with platform security.
• Engage in fraudulent activity.
• Manipulate payments or transactions.
• Use bots or automation to abuse the Services.
• Bypass age, identity, verification, moderation, or safety systems.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

27. Suspension & Termination

UnityMix may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect Users, Creators, UnityMix, payment systems, the platform, third parties, or to comply with applicable law.

UnityMix may also take action when an account or activity violates these Terms, applicable policies, or creates a significant security, fraud, safety, legal, or financial risk.

Termination does not eliminate obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.

28. Privacy

UnityMix's collection, use, processing, storage, disclosure, and protection of personal information are governed by the applicable UnityMix Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that the Privacy Policy forms part of the rules governing your use of UnityMix.

29. Safety Technology Limitations

UnityMix uses reasonable technical, administrative, automated, and human safeguards to help protect the platform and its Users.

No online platform, age-assurance system, automated moderation system, fraud detection system, security system, or human review process can guarantee the detection or prevention of every violation, false identity, bot, underage account, fraudulent transaction, prohibited image, or security threat.

30. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties except where expressly provided by law.

UnityMix does not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or free from errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

31. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UnityMix, Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from or relating to your violation of these Terms, your User Content, your unlawful conduct, or your misuse of the Services.

32. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to the Services or these Terms may be subject to binding arbitration and applicable limitations on class or representative proceedings.

The laws of the State of New York, United States, govern these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

33. Changes to These Terms

UnityMix may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, technology, security practices, business operations, legal requirements, or other circumstances.

When changes are made, UnityMix may provide notice through the Services or other reasonable means when appropriate.

Your continued use of UnityMix after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

34. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

35. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable UnityMix Privacy Policy, Age Assurance & Verification Policy, Child Safety Policy, Content & Nudity Protection Policy, Community Guidelines, Creator Terms, payment policies, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services, except where a separate written agreement expressly applies.
