Creator Terms of Use
These Terms establish the rules and responsibilities that apply when using UnityMix Creator features, publishing content, and participating in the UnityMix creator economy.
Access to UnityMix Creator features is a conditional privilege, not a right. Violations of these Terms or Community Standards may result in content removal, loss of monetization, suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of earnings, or other enforcement actions.
Who can become a Creator?
Only individuals who are at least 18 years of age may apply for Creator status.
All registration information must be truthful, accurate, and kept current. UnityMix reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
Content Standards
Creators are solely responsible for the content they publish. All content must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, the Community Guidelines, Copyright Policy, and other applicable UnityMix policies.
Monetization Rules
Access to monetization features is granted solely at UnityMix's discretion.
Monetization privileges may be approved, limited, suspended, revoked, or permanently removed based on policy compliance, account history, fraud detection, security considerations, or business requirements.
User Conduct
Creators must not engage in spam, automated activity, fake engagement, impersonation, harassment, scams, misinformation, abusive behavior, account sharing, or activity intended to manipulate UnityMix systems.
Protecting the Platform
Attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities, manipulate algorithms, circumvent platform restrictions, interfere with other users, or abuse Creator features may result in immediate enforcement, including permanent account termination.
Identity & Account Verification
Identity verification is required before monetization can be activated.
UnityMix may request additional documentation, tax information, payment verification, or proof of identity at any time.
Payments & Disputes

UnityMix reserves the right to delay, reverse, withhold, or cancel payouts where fraud, abuse, disputes, or policy violations are suspected or identified.
Enforcement Rights
UnityMix may investigate any Creator account, restrict visibility, remove content, disable monetization, suspend features, or permanently terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, creators, or the platform.
Suspension & Termination
Repeated violations, illegal conduct, fraud, abuse, or actions that negatively impact the UnityMix community may result in permanent account termination without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.
