TAKE IT DOWN Act Compliance Policy

UnityMix is committed to protecting our community from the harmful distribution of non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated intimate deepfakes. This policy explains how UnityMix complies with the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act (Pub. L. 119–12).

1. Scope

This policy applies to all users and all user-generated content hosted on UnityMix, including:

• User profiles
• Posts and feeds
• Stories
• Comments
• Groups
• Pages
• Creator content
• Uploaded photos and videos
• Direct messages, where applicable under law

2. Prohibited Content

UnityMix strictly prohibits the publication, sharing, distribution, or threat to distribute any of the following:

Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII)

• Nude or sexually explicit images shared without consent;
• Private intimate images obtained under circumstances involving an expectation of privacy;
• Revenge pornography;
• Secret recordings of intimate acts;
• Explicit content used for harassment, coercion, extortion, or humiliation.

AI-Generated Intimate Deepfakes

• Digitally altered images depicting identifiable individuals in explicit situations without consent;
• AI-generated nude imagery;
• Synthetic sexually explicit depictions intended to impersonate real people.

Content Involving Minors

UnityMix maintains zero tolerance for sexually explicit depictions involving minors, whether authentic or AI-generated. Such content may be reported to law enforcement and relevant child protection organizations.

3. Reporting Content

Victims, authorized representatives, or legal guardians may request removal of prohibited content.

You may submit a report through:

• UnityMix's in-platform reporting tools

Reports should include:

• Your full name;
• Contact information;
• URLs or direct links to the reported content;
• Screenshots, if available;
• A statement confirming that the individual depicted did not consent;
• Verification that you are the person depicted, an authorized representative, or a parent/legal guardian.

Knowingly submitting false or fraudulent reports may result in account action.

4. Removal Timeline

Upon receiving a valid notice, UnityMix will:

• Review the report promptly;
• Remove or disable access to qualifying content;
• Make commercially reasonable efforts to remove duplicate copies under our control;
• Complete removal within 48 hours when required by applicable law.

5. Repeat Offenders

Users who violate this policy may be subject to:

• Immediate content removal;
• Warnings;
• Temporary suspension;
• Permanent account termination;
• Referral to law enforcement authorities when appropriate.

6. Preservation of Evidence

UnityMix may preserve records relating to reported content when necessary to:

• Comply with legal obligations;
• Assist law enforcement investigations;
• Protect victims and community safety;
• Defend against fraudulent claims.

7. Appeals

Users whose content has been removed may appeal the decision by providing:

• The content URL;
• An explanation supporting the appeal;
• Evidence demonstrating authorization or consent.

UnityMix reserves the right to uphold removals necessary to comply with legal obligations and protect community safety.

8. Emergency Situations

UnityMix may immediately disable access to reported content and cooperate with authorities if a report involves:

• Extortion;
• Threats of violence;
• Child exploitation;
• Imminent danger;
• Other criminal conduct.

9. Good Faith Reporting

UnityMix will not retaliate against individuals who submit reports in good faith. However, knowingly filing false claims may result in account restrictions or other enforcement actions.

11. Legal Compliance

This policy is intended to comply with the requirements of the TAKE IT DOWN Act (Pub. L. 119–12), including the obligation to provide a notice-and-removal process for non-consensual intimate visual depictions and to remove qualifying content within 48 hours of receiving a valid notice.

UnityMix reserves the right to modify this policy as laws and regulations evolve. By using UnityMix, you agree to comply with this policy and all applicable laws governing use of the platform.
