Our advertising standards

UnityMix allows advertising that helps businesses, creators, and organizations reach relevant audiences while maintaining a safe and respectful platform experience.

Advertisements must be truthful, lawful, clearly identifiable as advertising, and compliant with UnityMix's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable laws and regulations.

Important

UnityMix may review, reject, restrict, remove, or suspend advertisements that violate our policies or create a risk to users, creators, advertisers, or the platform.

NOT PERMITTED

Prohibited advertising

The following advertising content is not permitted on UnityMix.

Hate & discrimination

Content promoting hatred, discrimination, harassment, or attacks against protected groups.

Violence & graphic content

Content that glorifies violence or contains excessively graphic or disturbing material.

Explicit sexual content

Explicit sexual advertising that violates UnityMix standards or applicable law.

Deceptive advertising

Misleading claims, fraudulent offers, fake promotions, or deceptive advertising practices.

Illegal activities

Advertising that promotes, facilitates, or encourages unlawful activities.

Malware & phishing

Malicious downloads, phishing pages, malware, or harmful software distribution.

Fraud & scams

Investment scams, impersonation, fraudulent services, fake offers, or schemes designed to deceive users.

Unauthorized data collection

Deceptive collection of personal information or unauthorized tracking practices.

Regulated advertising

Certain advertising categories may be permitted only when they satisfy applicable laws, age requirements, geographic restrictions, and UnityMix requirements.

Alcohol & tobacco Age and legal restrictions apply.

AUDIENCE

Audience & targeting

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their audience selection and targeting practices are appropriate and lawful.

Use lawful and appropriate audience targeting.

Apply age restrictions where required.

Respect geographic advertising requirements.

Do not unlawfully discriminate against users.

Do not circumvent UnityMix safety controls.

Do not manipulate advertising delivery systems.

CREATIVE

Ad creative & landing pages

Advertisements and their destination pages should provide a consistent, accurate, and transparent experience.

Clear claims Advertising claims must be truthful and supportable.

Working destinations Landing pages must function as advertised.

No deceptive redirects Users must not be redirected through deceptive paths.

No malicious downloads Advertisements cannot distribute harmful software.

No impersonation Ads cannot falsely represent another person or company.

Transparent experience Users should understand where an advertisement leads.

PLATFORM INTEGRITY

Spam & abuse

Advertising tools must not be used to distribute spam, manipulate engagement, generate fraudulent traffic, abuse platform systems, or interfere with the normal experience of UnityMix users.

Zero tolerance for advertising abuse

Attempts to bypass enforcement, manipulate clicks, generate artificial engagement, or distribute fraudulent promotions may result in immediate advertising restrictions or account action.

ENFORCEMENT

Keeping UnityMix safe

UnityMix may take action when advertising violates this policy, our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, applicable law, or creates a risk to our users or platform.

Ads may be reviewed before or after publication.

02 Remove

Violating advertisements may be removed.

03 Restrict

Advertising privileges may be limited or suspended.

04 Terminate

Serious or repeated violations may result in account action.

ADVERTISER RESPONSIBILITY

Your responsibility

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their campaigns, advertisements, products, services, claims, landing pages, targeting, and promotional materials comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Approval of an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by UnityMix regarding the advertised product, service, company, or claim.

UPDATES

Policy changes

UnityMix may update this Ads Policy as our services, advertising products, legal requirements, and community standards evolve.

When appropriate, material changes may be communicated through the platform or other appropriate channels.
