5. Safe Liveness Check

UnityMix may use a technology referred to as the Safe Liveness Check to help determine whether a verification interaction is being performed by a live human rather than a bot, automated system, replayed material, or other artificial interaction.

The Safe Liveness Check may produce a verification result, risk signal, technical information, or other information necessary to operate the security feature.

Where a third-party provider performs the liveness service, that provider may process information in accordance with its own privacy documentation and its agreement with UnityMix.

UnityMix may use automated technologies, image-analysis systems, machine learning systems, classifiers, hashing technologies, or other safety tools to identify and respond to prohibited or potentially harmful content.

These systems may be used to identify content that appears to violate UnityMix policies, including prohibited nudity, sexually explicit material, exploitation of minors, illegal content, spam, malware, fraud, or other restricted material.

Where UnityMix's systems identify an image as prohibited under applicable platform rules, the content may be automatically blocked, restricted, quarantined, or removed from the platform without waiting for manual review.

Automated detection may be supplemented by human review where appropriate, particularly for appeals, disputes, safety investigations, legal requests, or situations where automated systems cannot reliably determine whether content violates policy.

Automated systems are not infallible. UnityMix does not represent that every prohibited image, video, message, or other material will always be detected or removed.

Deleting an account does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of every record where retention is legally permitted or required.

UnityMix may use automated systems, algorithms, classifiers, recommendation systems, fraud-detection technologies, anti-bot systems, content-moderation systems, and other automated technologies.
