Welcome to UnityMix. UnityMix is a modern social and creator platform designed for mature audiences, digital creators, online communities, entertainment, networking, livestreaming, media sharing, public discussion, and creative expression.

UnityMix is not a pornography website and does not permit pornographic, sexually explicit, or exploitative content.

The 18+ designation does not create an exception to this rule. Content does not become permissible simply because it is posted by an adult, placed behind a subscription, shared privately, or offered through a monetized feature.

UnityMix is exclusively for adults. Individuals who do not meet the required legal age are strictly prohibited from creating, maintaining, accessing, or using an account.

• Create or maintain an account for an underage person.
• Misrepresent your age to gain access to UnityMix.
• Allow a minor to access or use your account.
• Share account credentials with a minor.
• Upload, solicit, or distribute content involving minors.
• Attempt to bypass age, identity, safety, or security controls.

UnityMix may restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts where there is reason to believe that an individual is underage or has misrepresented their age.

Users may not upload, publish, transmit, livestream, sell, advertise, promote, distribute, request, solicit, or otherwise make prohibited material available through any UnityMix feature.

• Pornography or sexually explicit material.
• Explicit sexual acts or graphic sexual activity.
• Sexualized nudity or nudity intended for sexual gratification.
• Sexual solicitation, prostitution, or sexual services.
• Sexual exploitation, abuse, or coercion.
• Any sexual content involving a minor or person under 18.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Grooming, predatory behavior, or sexual contact with minors.
• Human trafficking or sexual trafficking.
• Non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery.
• Sexual extortion, blackmail, or coercion.
• Graphic violence, extreme gore, or excessively disturbing material.
• Threats, stalking, harassment, intimidation, or targeted abuse.
• Hate speech or discriminatory conduct.
• Illegal services, fraud, scams, or deceptive activity.
• Malware or attempts to compromise UnityMix systems.
• Copyright-infringing or stolen material.
• Content designed to evade UnityMix moderation or safety systems.
• Any content that violates applicable law.

UnityMix uses an 18+ designation because the platform may contain mature conversations, themes, language, humor, music, entertainment, fashion, creator discussions, livestreams, and other material that may not be appropriate for children.

However, the 18+ designation does not permit pornography or explicit sexual content.

Users and creators remain responsible for complying with UnityMix content standards regardless of whether an account is free, paid, verified, monetized, private, public, or subscription-based.

Creators, subscribers, sellers, affiliates, and other users using UnityMix monetization tools must follow all platform policies.

Monetization does not provide an exemption from UnityMix content standards. Paid posts, subscriptions, private messages, paid media, livestreams, audio/video calls, marketplace listings, and other monetized features remain subject to the same safety requirements.

UnityMix may immediately remove monetization privileges when an account is associated with prohibited content, fraud, abuse, exploitation, or serious policy violations.

Any suspected child exploitation or other serious illegal activity may be escalated immediately and handled in accordance with applicable law.

UnityMix may preserve relevant information and cooperate with appropriate authorities when legally required or when necessary to protect users, children, the platform, or the public.

UnityMix actively uses moderation processes, user reports, automated detection systems, security controls, human review, and other enforcement measures to protect the platform.

UnityMix reserves the right to remove content or restrict an account without prior warning when necessary to protect users, investigate suspected violations, or comply with legal obligations.

• Content removal or restriction.
• Feature restrictions.
• Messaging, posting, or livestream restrictions.
• Monetization suspension or removal.
• Temporary account suspension.
• Permanent account termination.
• Preservation of relevant information.
• Cooperation with lawful investigations.
• Reporting suspected illegal activity where appropriate or required.

Attempts to create replacement accounts after termination, evade enforcement, manipulate moderation systems, or circumvent safety controls may result in permanent removal.

Every UnityMix user is responsible for the content and activity associated with their account.

• Maintain the required minimum age.
• Provide truthful information when required.
• Protect your account credentials.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Respect the safety, privacy, and rights of others.
• Never upload or distribute prohibited material.
• Never facilitate access to UnityMix by a minor.
• Report suspected abuse, exploitation, or serious violations.
• Cooperate with legitimate platform safety investigations.

Users are strongly encouraged to report content or behavior that may violate UnityMix policies, threaten user safety, involve exploitation, or violate applicable law.

Reports involving child safety, exploitation, abuse, threats, impersonation, non-consensual content, or other serious violations should be submitted immediately.

Reports may be reviewed by UnityMix moderation, trust & safety, security, or compliance personnel. Serious violations may result in immediate enforcement action.

UnityMix is committed to operating in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The platform may cooperate with valid legal requests from government agencies, courts, law enforcement authorities, or other authorized entities where required by law.

• Protect users, minors, and the public.
• Prevent or investigate suspected illegal activity.
• Investigate serious platform policy violations.
• Respond to valid legal process.
• Protect the rights and property of UnityMix.
• Protect platform security and integrity.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, exploitation, or attacks.

Users may not attempt to circumvent UnityMix policies through alternate accounts, private groups, hidden communications, external links, modified media, coded language, third-party services, or other methods.

If an activity is prohibited by this notice, moving that activity to another UnityMix feature does not make it permissible.

UnityMix may modify, update, expand, or otherwise revise this notice and related policies at any time as the platform, technology, legal requirements, and safety standards evolve.

Updated policies become effective when published unless otherwise stated. Continued access to or use of UnityMix following publication of updated policies constitutes continued acceptance of the applicable rules.
