Important Safety Notice

UnityMix strictly prohibits non-consensual intimate imagery, intimate deepfakes, and sexually explicit content involving minors. Reports may be escalated when required to protect individuals or comply with applicable law.

SCOPE

Where this policy applies

This policy applies to all UnityMix users and all user-generated content hosted or transmitted through UnityMix services, subject to applicable law.

PROHIBITED CONTENT

Content UnityMix does not permit

UnityMix strictly prohibits the publication, sharing, distribution, solicitation, or threat to distribute qualifying non-consensual intimate imagery.

Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery

NCII / intimate imagery shared without consent
  • Nude or sexually explicit images shared without consent.
  • Private intimate images obtained where there was an expectation of privacy.
  • Revenge pornography or similar non-consensual distribution.
  • Secret recordings of intimate acts.
  • Explicit material used for harassment, coercion, extortion, or humiliation.

AI-Generated Intimate Deepfakes

Synthetic or digitally manipulated intimate material
  • Digitally altered images depicting identifiable individuals in explicit situations without consent.
  • AI-generated nude imagery depicting real or identifiable individuals.
  • Synthetic sexually explicit depictions intended to impersonate real people.
Content involving minors

UnityMix maintains zero tolerance for sexually explicit depictions involving minors, whether authentic or AI-generated. Such material may be reported to law enforcement and appropriate child-protection authorities.

REPORTING

How to report prohibited content

Victims, authorized representatives, or legal guardians may submit a request for removal of qualifying prohibited content.

Information to include in your report

01 Your full name and contact information.
02 The URL or direct link to the reported content.
03 Screenshots or other supporting information, if available.
04 A statement explaining that the depicted individual did not consent.
05 Confirmation that you are the depicted person, authorized representative, parent, or legal guardian.

Knowingly submitting false or fraudulent reports may result in account restrictions or other enforcement action.

NOTICE & REMOVAL

Our response process

Upon receiving a valid notice, UnityMix will review the submission and take appropriate action consistent with applicable law.

01 Review

Review the submitted notice and available information.

02 Disable

Remove or disable access to qualifying content.

03 Duplicates

Make commercially reasonable efforts to address duplicate copies under our control.

04 48 Hours

Complete qualifying removal within the legally required timeframe.

The 48-hour requirement applies where removal is required by applicable law and the notice satisfies the applicable legal requirements.

ENFORCEMENT

Repeat violations & account action

Depending on the circumstances and severity of a violation, UnityMix may take one or more of the following actions:

Content removal Immediate removal or disabling of access.
Warning Notice of policy violation.
Suspension Temporary restriction of account access.
Termination Permanent account removal for serious or repeated violations.
Legal referral Referral to authorities when appropriate or legally required.

EVIDENCE

Preservation of records

UnityMix may preserve records relating to reported content when reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with legal obligations.
  • Assist law enforcement investigations.
  • Protect victims and community safety.
  • Investigate abuse or fraudulent claims.
  • Defend UnityMix's legal rights.

Preservation does not mean that content remains publicly accessible on the platform.

APPEALS

Appealing a content decision

Users whose content has been removed may contact UnityMix to request review of the decision, where an appeal is available under applicable law.

01 Provide the content URL.
02 Explain why the removal should be reconsidered.
03 Provide evidence of authorization or consent where applicable.

UnityMix may uphold a removal when required by law or when necessary to protect victims, users, or community safety.

EMERGENCY

Urgent safety situations

UnityMix may immediately restrict access to reported content and cooperate with appropriate authorities when a report involves circumstances such as:

Extortion Threats of violence Child exploitation Imminent danger Other suspected criminal conduct

GOOD FAITH

Protection for legitimate reporters

UnityMix will not retaliate against individuals who submit reports in good faith.

However, knowingly submitting false, fraudulent, or abusive claims may result in account restrictions or other appropriate enforcement action.

TAKE IT DOWN Act

This policy is intended to describe UnityMix's compliance approach concerning the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act (Pub. L. 119-12), including applicable notice-and-removal obligations relating to non-consensual intimate visual depictions.

UnityMix may modify this policy as laws, regulations, technology, and platform practices evolve.

Use of UnityMix remains subject to our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.
